The story

This client is a healthcare practice whose front desk was overwhelmed by inbound calls while caring for patients in the room. New patient enquiries went to voicemail and many were never followed up.

We deployed an AI voice receptionist that answers and books appointments, connected it to the practice CRM, and added automated reminders and nurture so enquiries do not go cold. We also rebuilt the website to load fast and convert.
